DBNM – CEB Credit Line: investment loans for job-creating MSME projects

Investment loans up to 8 years (1 year grace) at up to 2.5% fixed for MSME projects that create new jobs, via participating banks (Komercijalna, NLB, ProCredit, Halkbank, others). Renewable-energy projects generally excluded except own-use solar.

Amount

€5,000–€1,400,000 per loan; max project value €2M; up to 70% of project

Co-financing: Min. 30% from other sources
