Delivery and service fulfilment
RIS Group DOOEL delivers services, not physical goods. Nothing on the service menu is shipped by courier.
1. What you receive
The deliverable is sent by email to the address on the order. Where the work also sits on a MostMK application, it is available there as well.
2. When the work starts
Work starts when the required inputs have arrived, not when the payment arrives. The service description says what those inputs are. RIS Group DOOEL does not promise a fixed number of days.
3. Language
The deliverable is written in the language agreed on the order or in the assistant thread: Macedonian or English.
4. Grant applications
RIS Group DOOEL prepares the application for you to submit. It does not submit the application unless that is agreed in writing, and it does not control the funder’s decision.
5. Funding introduction
A funding introduction is an introduction. It is not a promise of funding, not a securities offering, and not investment advice.
6. Card data
Card data is entered on the bank’s CaSys page. MostMK does not store the card number.
