Refund and cancellation
RIS Group DOOEL sells the MostMK services on the service menu. This page explains how a fixed fee is cancelled or refunded. It covers those services only. It does not rewrite a contract between other companies that meet on the marketplace.
1. Cancel before work starts
Email risblagoj@gmail.com before work starts. RIS Group DOOEL refunds the fixed fee in full.
2. Cancel after work starts
If you cancel after work has started, RIS Group DOOEL refunds the unused part of the fixed fee and keeps the part that covers work already done. The split is confirmed in the same email thread before the refund is sent.
3. Work already sent
A fixed fee for a deliverable that has already been sent — a business plan, a grant application, a financial model, or a pitch deck — is not refunded.
4. How a refund is paid
Card payments are refunded through CaSys to the same card. Bank transfers are refunded to the account that paid. Refunds are in Macedonian denars (MKD). The time a card issuer takes to show the refund is outside the control of RIS Group DOOEL.
5. Success fees
The 3% success fee on a standard grant application is due only if the grant is awarded, from the company’s own funds, and only where the programme rules allow it. It is not charged up front. The 3% success fee on a funding introduction is due only if the introduced funding is agreed. A success fee that has been earned is not refunded. Cancelling the fixed part of a grant application does not cancel a success fee that was already earned.
6. Free eligibility check
The grant eligibility check has no fee, so there is nothing to refund.
